RATES

Rates are subject to change.
All rates are quoted before taxes and fees are applied.
All rates are based on double occupancy.

DEPOSITS

To confirm you reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay after taxes are applied.

TAX

A Vermont Rooms & Meals tax of 9% will be added to all reservations.

CHECK-IN/OUT

Check-in: 3:00PM
Check-out: 11:00AM

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is complimentary and included in your room fee. Served daily between 8:30AM-10:00AM.

MINIMUM STAY

A two-night minimum stay is required.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

Rockwell’s Retreat will accommodate the cancellation of a reservation outside of 15 days of your scheduled arrival date with a $50 processing fee.  Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit – equal to half of your total reservation after taxes.

Pets

Rockwell’s Retreat does not allow pets, thank you for your understanding.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please consider the country setting and historic nature of our property if you have mobility barriers. Navigation of at least two steps is required to access all guest rooms and public spaces. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more details regarding our property layout.  Maximum room occupancy limits apply at all times.

SMOKING

All our buildings and and guest rooms are non-smoking and vaping.

EXTA GUESTS/CHILDREN

Our rates are double occupancy. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property without prior permission. The Inn is not child proof and is an antique property. Generally, children under 12 would not be comfortable, but please call or email us ahead of time so that we can discuss options.

UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS & EVENTS

Due to the intimate nature our guests have come to expect of our Inn, and in an effort to provide the best experience and privacy for all of our guests, all gatherings & events must be approved by the General Manager, and contracted through Rockwell’s Retreat, including for registered guests on-property. Examples of such activities include, but is not limited to, elopements, wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, rehearsal dinners, and professional photography for the following: graduation, family portraits, prom, pregnancy portraits, anniversary, birthday, holiday, elopements, and wedding photos where the wedding is held at another venue, and all other non-resort related events or other situations.

Communications

We offer complimentary WI-FI throughout the inn and outbuildings. Cellphone coverage is spotty and not reliable.

Beverages

We are focused on ensuring a water bottle free experience. Rockwell’s Retreat sport water bottles will be provided to each guest at check in. A water cooler is located in the gym for refilling. Ice is available in the kitchen, and guest refrigerators are located in the Media Room, the Tavern, along with individual units, Bridge View, Half Pint, and Studio rooms. A freezer in the media room is stocked full of complimentary local ice cream and toppings. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available at all times in the tavern room via the Nespresso maker.
